Frank was employee #1 and Head of Acquisitions at OpenStore, a Miami-based private equity firm focused on Shopify online businesses. His M&A experience lies in deal sourcing, underwriting, and integrations of 50+ online businesses across diverse sectors.
Prior to OpenStore, Frank was an entrepreneur-in-residence at the Atomic venture studio. He holds a B.S. in Economics from Duke University, where he was a member of the heavyweight men’s crew team.
Furthermore, Frank was the founder and CEO of a residential landscaping business and an automotive inspection marketplace, where he managed remote technician teams, job queues, and outbound sales. Alongside his fluency in Spanish, this management background will translate well to operating a traditional services business located in South Florida. He will be an on-the-ground manager based full-time in South Florida with his brother Alex and his immediate family.
Alex is the Chief Operating Officer at Great Point Capital Partners. He holds a B.A. in Financial Economics from Columbia University, where he was a recruited member of the lightweight men’s crew team.
Alex spent time in high-net worth wealth management and was an early employee at two-sided marketplaces in the business acquisition and franchise spaces.
He was also the founder of an automotive restoration and resale business that involved highly technical repair and technician management across multiple geographies. His area of expertise lies in operational efficiency and instituting consistent processes that yield predictable outcomes for hands-on installation and repair jobs.
With his brother Frank, he will be an on-the-ground operator managing service work quality for Great Point’s portfolio.
